they are going to wait two weeks to pay, so if you die they don't have to pay you and they most likely are getting some kind of incentive either tax or $ from either the government or big pharma to do this. F-them $100 is not worth taking a chance you wont be the one to die or get a crippling side effect. Ask them if they are will to sign a waiver your spouse can sue them if something happens to you.

Know that it is illegal for an employer to require it as long as it is in Emergency Use status. And I believe it won't be approved until 2023.
