This is a bit off. The grand jury was only going to charge him with careless driving so the prosecutor dropped the grand jury and is going forward with a full regular trial where the murder/manslaughter type charges will still be brought forward. In this case the prosecutor is moving forward with proper charges because the grand jury let us all down.
