The re-scanning, and the offshore, uncoordinated software vote flipping were a result of them getting caught off guard by Trump's MASSIVE turnout. They were probably only counting on "beating" him by maybe 2 or 3 mill. But they panicked, they didn't communicate, and they pushed those numbers up so high no one, even regular liberals, NO ONE believes that shit.
