Why do liberal programs have to have a sign interpreter?
I mean, the subtitles are right fucking there and it doesnt take up a third of the screen. Although in this case anything that even slightly eclipses the resident in cheat is a good thing, not to get all buzzfeedy on you.
Because it props up ADA programs in the government, keeping sign language interpreters employed, and many layers of bureaucrats running them. Government is an ecosystem, and if they can do something for job security, you bet your ass they'll do it. And expand it.
