ProTip: Here's the official vaccination record card. Download it before it gets removed, then if you need to, search instagram or Twitter for people posting theirs to show off, copy their official lot number and info, and voila, you have an official vaccination on paper. Print it on a thick sheet and in landscape mode just like the real one.

Some state governments actually have it up and you can download it and print it out. Just print it on a thick card stock and sign it with some random ass signature. Done and done.
