They insist everyone wear masks at all times, including at your table if you're not actively eating, so as a result they've lost a huge amount of business. The Don Poncho's right next to them however doesn't give a shit about masks and has been seeing an absolute boom in business as a result, because they're absorbing all the people that would have gone to China Buffet but turned away because they didn't want to wear a mask.
I mean in various those places should also be sued. They are literally violating federal HIPPA laws by demanding to see peoples private medical information.
Let them enjoy the lack of business and close. Hopefully the restaurant next to them will just let people dine unrestricted and flourish.
