There's a few ways, but the only way that doesn't involve organized institutional power is to actually fight them. Punch them for expressing a liberal idea. They need immediate painful physical consequences in order to be trained out of this programming.
If you have institutional power, you can separate them from their social group, surround them with conservatives, and they'll be tolerably conservative in a few months.
