I am a white farmer. I grew up very poor, one of 6 children of a single mother. I worked 18 hours a day for 40 years to take care of my family. I work 2 jobs to pay for my small farm. My government says I am a racist. If disapproving of people, regardless of skin color, who have children and don't take care of them, disapproving of people who spent their life taking drugs and stealing from others, or disapproving of unwarranted violence makes me a racist, I guess I am racist. But, when the government takes peoples money and hands it out to everyone except white farmers, it just seems to me they are the racists. I also believe my government is hateful and evil and their intent is aimed at stoking more negative feelings among people. I worry for the future.

Thanks for sharing your story. I think many of us here and across the nation are like you. So many of us are losing faith with our government
