I think Derek Chauvin is going to be in trouble. One dismissed juror said she “cried over the George Floyd video” and believed the BLM riots were necessary.

According to the autopsy, there was no neck trauma. He was not exerting much force. At one point in the video, Floyd is able to sit up slightly. In the video, before he's even apprehended he's saying he can't breathe - because of the Fentanyl overdose.
