His Change My Mind segments are terrific. Long form and uncut. That's how real conversations should be. None of that Tucker Crossfire garage.
However, his comedy segments are lame and cringe as hell. The way he talks to his employees (and the way they talk to him) gives the strong suspicion that he is an asshole boss.

Well said. It's what I kinda think too. The Change My Mind stuff was good but he's a bit douchey to his employees and his comedy segments ARE cringe.
