I recently had some concrete work done, and the company was owned by a Mexican guy, and his entire crew was white. He also spoke perfect English, and had started his own company after he had retired from general construction.

I definitely don't support the post above, but the legal/ illegal dichotomy is silly, if someone is bad for your country why do care if they have an arbitrary piece of paper?
