That's how DC has always worked.

I notice with Cuomo though the accusations keep escalating the more he refuses to resign, like as soon as he said that they found one to claim he groped her.

Up until that the things he supposedly had done were harmless, maybe creepy for him to do, but nobody is harmed by a few personally invasive questions and a hand on their back. Oh and I guess he kissed somebody once. Whoopee.

Maybe the next one will say he grabbed her right by the pussy.
