Keep asking them to repeat whatever it is that they're bitching about. Over and over.
"What??"
"?What??"
Point to your ears: "I can't .. understand you .. in that .. mask!"
Then, if they take it down to speak uncovered, pitch a loud fit about how they're crazy and to get their masks back on. Don't they know there's a Pandemic??
Just because they're stupid and annoying doesn't mean we can't yank their chains and laugh at them.
(lol missed where someone else already posted that. I've been doing this, like twice a month, since at least last June, flippin hilarious)
The only way we get rid of masks is to ridicule people and make them feel uncomfortable for wearing them. Tell them how ridiculous they look. You can't hear what they're saying. Covering your mouth devoids you of humanity and ability to express emotion, etc.
There was a time before here in the US that when you saw a random asian person walking around with a cloth over their mouth or a mask on they would get weird looks and people would feel uncomfortable around them as if they were actually carrying the plague.
Now it's literally the opposite and it's ridiculous. I see people everywhere and I can't help but think that I'm living in communist China.
