Too bad lawyers are too afraid to take cases like this. Pussies.

If there’s a buck to be made, someone will take it.

Very true, however Judges get paid regardless and will rule against you because the law means nothing now.

You would be surprised. There is no money to be made if you get canceled. No advertising, payment processing, lies about you. Is it worth it?

no they aren't, lawyers are all about making money, if they think your case is strong enough you will have no issue because it's like "free money" to them. a slam dunk is a dream for these guys.

i wouldn't stop at hipaa, i'd go for civil rights, this is the kind of shit civil rights lawyers jerk off to.

I know the Trader Joe’s freak out lady that has a medical condition and was allowed to shop without a mask. They fought with her and threw her out. She was also fired from Postmates etc... no lawyer will take her case. See above. Lawyers are afraid of the left. We need to make the left fear vigilante justice.

violating a stores policy is far far different than forcing students to display their vaccination status on their lapel like a god-damn jewish star in hitlers germany.

it violates all sorts of shit, hippa, privacy, possibly even religious rights...

you can't ostracize a student amongst their peers by forcing them to disclose private medical information.

maybe next they'll start making people wear a big red letter A if someone is autistic... gotta make it eye catching though... possibly a shade of red...

there is a LOT of meat on this bone and a jury will eat this shit up.

they didn't just do this to some adult... they did it to a kid.

Unfortunately the Federal government already said last year they will not prosecute any HIPAA violations for covid... your rights don't exist.

The waiver became effective on March 15, 2020. When the Secretary issues such a waiver, it only applies: (1) in the emergency area identified in the public health emergency declaration; (2) to hospitals that have instituted a disaster protocol; and (3) for up to 72 hours from the time the hospital implements its disaster protocol.

I reserve all my rights; especially my right to refuse hospital care during a "public health emergency declaration".

HIPAA does not apply. Bourne End Academy is in Buckinghamshire England. They probably have something comparable in the law too but suing anyone in England is ungodly expensive.
