If a straight person has sex with a person whose gender is opposite of the gender they were born with is still pretty gay. Example: Straight man has sex with a transgender M2F. The straight man has actually had sex with a man with mental health problems, wearing makeup pretending to be a woman. If it helps the people in that relationship to feel normal I've got no problem calling them straight. However, it's not a sexual pairing most heterosexual people want.
