1 - Outlawing masks would be detrimental. They serves purposes beyond COVID brainwashing, so that is a no go.
2 - Desantis has already made compliance punishment a non issue, therefore you cannot be fined or jailed for refusing to wear a mask.
3 - Private Business can have a dress code like it or not. They can demand masks as a part of that code. If you don't like it, take your business elsewhere.
