Just a a run in with gym worker about mask. He said I have to wear unless I show him a card defining my medical exception. Has anyone had this happen or have know what the card looks like? This is fucking bullshit. Thanks
Edit : so for some more clarification I have been going to the same gym without a mask since they opened and no one has said a word. He also told me there policy changed in the last 2 weeks but I have to received any info or seen anything posted.
There is no card. According the HIPPA it is illegal to ask a person what is there medical issue or disability. I think the first attempt is a 74,000 dollar fine.
I don't think this is correct. They can ask from what I first saw. I have to dig in.
That anti covid activist Chris something from Canada was making his own mask exemption cards and handing them out to people.
Just say HIPPA i've had employee at a store tell to put on a mask I said no I don't need one she said where's yer papers / card ... I said HIPPA do you wanna get sued? She went to get the manager he walked by me & wouldn't even look me in the eye, I finished & left , don't comply with their madness stand up for your God Given Rights or Lose them.
Get piece of paper. Write "EXEMPT." Done.
Yea I am going to do that. Part of me wants to say fuck you to the gym but the other part is fuck you I am going to keep coming with no mask
