I know a lot of older people that will just never figure any of this out. I have 3 kids and having to remember apps or cards for everyone I would probably just say f it well go somewhere else. Not that we would get the vax anyway.

Along with confusion, there are also other factors: laziness, forgetfulness, poverty (not even following the fuckin news in any form), severe alcoholism and drug addiction, which have both skyrockted over the past year of unemployment and stress ("Hey, it's 4 pm, wake up and go to get your vaccine!"), and outright refusal. I mean, think of all the types of people with a general ongoing paranoia because they engage in some form of crime--imagine how they feel about going somewhere and giving their personal information and handing over their driver's license.
