This is a good thing, not a bad thing. It means the prosecutors aren't going to present the rigged up bullshit that the medical examiner for hire that the family bribed to lie for them cooked up.

The official autopsy report HAS to be admitted as evidence or the prosecution can't even legally prove someone died.

There is an increasing number of people who don't fucking understand these basic headlines.... its scary.

16
Barbs 16 points ago +16 / -0

There’s been a lot of that lately, and it’s both sides trying to get us outraged so we do something stupid. We’re in precarious times right now. People were about to riot yesterday because the House passed a bill, I guess not realizing the House passes a shitload of bills every year that never go anywhere, because the Senate blocks it.

People better figure out quick that you can’t win a war with a mob, you need an army, otherwise we wouldn’t spend billions a year training and retraining our soldiers. If mobs worked we’d just hand everybody a gun and point at the objective.

$1,900,000,000,000 leftist wet dream bill rammed through reconciliation basically without a single Republican vote and an inability to filibuster is a litttttttttle different than a normal bill.

Do you not know what reconciliation is?

And also a cultural mob is basically the most powerful tool you can deploy in a culture war, which is why the left has the Cancel Culture Twitter mob.

We just need to cancel better.

1
ALargeRock 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’m not the guy you replied to, but I don’t know what a reconciliation bill is. Can you explain?

3
spezisacuckold 3 points ago +3 / -0

Reconciliation is a procedure that expedites the passage of certain budgetary legislation in the Senate. The Senate filibuster effectively requires a 60-vote super-majority for the passage of most legislation in the Senate, but reconciliation provides a process to prevent the use of the filibuster and thereby allow the passage of a bill with simple majority support in the Senate.

Reconciliation bills can be passed on spending, revenue, and the federal debt limit, and the Senate can pass one bill per year affecting each subject.

Thank you for the reply and explanation!

They succeeded on 1/6. Especially the "Cross the Rubicon" people on this board. Basically ignored Trump's calls for peaceful protest and allowed themselves to be used as political pawns for the enemy. There is a definitely a resurgence of delusional CTR thinking here when I see someone here try to blame Trump for not immediately fixing everything by issuing a magical, strongly worded EO.

People read headline only and it’s becoming a fucking problem.

Dr. Michael Baden.

26
xBigCoffinHunter 26 points ago +26 / -0

Baden is the deep state go-to. Mike Brown, Kennedy.

13
Ifeargovtmorethan 13 points ago +13 / -0

Yes, and even with that considered he can't hide the facts the Floyd was a junkie that killed himself

7
BasedNtruth 7 points ago +7 / -0

Michael Jackson too I believe. He’s as deep state as you can get.

4
realityman 4 points ago +4 / -0

Baden isn't that guy. He use to go on RedEye w/ Greg Gutfeld all the time. The guy is really old and has been around forever. He is just well-known due to his television appearances hes done over the years.

He did look into Epstein's body, and i believe he was the one who came out and said it was likely homocide - throwing the current medical examiner under the bus.

6
Super_Comfortable 6 points ago +6 / -0

We should go after him. Attainable target of a smear campaign. P

3
spaceforce_maganaut 3 points ago +3 / -0

Correcto

1
goat_nebula 1 point ago +1 / -0

The defense can call their medical examiner to the stand. They will, I guarantee it. Anytime this happens its a gift to the defense.

1
elodrian 1 point ago +1 / -0

LoL

That would be the greatest outcome in judicial history. Six months of riots over a death that all the jurors clearly know about but Chauvin walks because the prosecution couldn't prove Floyd was killed at all.

61
GlitchyMcGlitchface 61 points ago +61 / -0

Yeah OP you got it backwards here. If anything they are doing their best to make sure he gets off so they can burn down the city and push the narrative

19
spezisacuckold 19 points ago +19 / -0

They’re going to burn down the city no matter what. They’re animalistic.

2
85Dacudo 2 points ago +2 / -0

We’ll see. Some idiots will do something, but I don’t think this is going to be as bad as some are making it out to be. It seems a lot of people have caught on to the truth of what really happened with Floyd.

1
MostEffectualTopKek 1 point ago +1 / -0

And also there is no GEOTUS to try and make look bad, so there'll be no funding for Antifa and BLM to wreak their havoc

40
KuzoKevin 40 points ago +40 / -0

I'd say that's a good thing. If prosecutors don't want family autopsies entered as evidence, that can only mean one thing - The autopsies are bull-shit and would not stand up to cross examination.

The prosecution is holding back phony reports the MSM used to publicly villify a cop.

Is the trial going to be televised? This trial, more than any other in recent history, should be.

As a country, we should know all the facts so we can determine whether burning down major cities is justified or not - based on conviction or acquittal.

7
SCP0073 7 points ago +7 / -0

Lol justified or not.

7
KuzoKevin 7 points ago +8 / -1

Because it doesn't matter. The riots will happen if he is acquitted. The riots will happen if he is convicted and doesn't get consecutive life sentences.

The irony in all this?

BLM is endorsing the same mob-justice mentality that led to lynchings.

You can't make this shit up.

3
SCP0073 3 points ago +3 / -0

It makes sense when you realize they don’t justice— they want their turn.

2

You know how I know it won't be televised? Because some evidence will be presented that goes against the narrative. Mainly the bodycam footage and the autopsy report.

25
vote_for_MAGA_2020 25 points ago +25 / -0

This is actually a good thing. The doctor hired by Floyd’s “family” (who didn’t give a shit about him until after his death) was biased. His examination is worthless.

6
xBigCoffinHunter 6 points ago +6 / -0

“Mike Browns mama got how much?!”

19
Yucko 19 points ago +19 / -0

This means the fake autopsy report done by a paid off, or threatened, political hack activist wont be included which is a good thing.

15
Packstinator 15 points ago +15 / -0

The ME brought in by the Floyd fsmily was the one who lied about how Floyd died. His bullshit testimony has been thrown out.

15
ConstantWinning 15 points ago +15 / -0

You mean the guy who did JFK and MLK’s and Epstein’s austospy? This is a win retard, stop doomin

4
HockeyMom4Trump 4 points ago +4 / -0

This sounds like good news, actually.

3
hsd6553 3 points ago +3 / -0

Either way, acquitted or found guilty, Minneapolis will burn again. If Chauvin is acquitted, BLM will claim the justice system failed. If he's found guilty they'll riot because "cops is raycis".

3
Superfan2025 3 points ago +3 / -0

I read the examiners book who helped get Zimmerman acquitted with his ballistics expertise. The guy said he knew that it would probably lead to riots and death threats but the truth had to come out. I was expecting him to take the sjw side but he's a no nonsense kind of guy. Dr. Vincent Di Maio is his name if you wanna check it out, interesting read.

2
KirbyMorph 2 points ago +2 / -0

They hired a guy to lie about the results of the autopsy. He didnt actually examine the body. He looked at the autopsy results showing and saying he died from drug overdose and underlying conditions and after reviewing the paperwork decides that he died from a commonly used and taught restraint method by the WHITE police officer. Anyone that tried to use that in court would be laughed out of the room.

2
Pepesforfreedom 2 points ago +2 / -0

The families pay for these private autopsies because they don’t agree with the official state autopsy. Michael Brown was autopsied like 4 times. Like a drug addict that is doctor shopping for drugs, they try until someone tells them their sweet boy was murdered. Unfortunately for them that examiner must testify in court and most are unwilling to do that.

Bigger question for me is: do the riots happen regardless or does the Deep State hold back their paid rioters because their work is done?

1
CastlesMadeofSand01 1 point ago +1 / -0

Regardless. Did you read about the guy that got shot at the Saint Floyd "memorial" a few weeks ago?

They have their own autonomous zone a few blocks around the perimeter of Saint Floyd's memorial. The loons are out in full force for this one.

1
Ic3D 1 point ago +1 / -0

Who cause that the Prosecutors will or won't enter. The Defense needs to enter that evidence ... No fucking shit the DA is going to try to just play the video and be like "SEEE ! ".

1
neurojerk 1 point ago +1 / -0

Good. The official autopsy showed that asphyxiation had nothing to do with it and that he had a whole pharmacy swirling through his system.

1
trumpmixtape 1 point ago +1 / -0

Uh, thats good. The medical examinations were paid for by activist groups and they were paid to say he died from a knee on his neck and that only. They were bullshit.

1
freedomcries 1 point ago +1 / -0

The GF family hired doctors were the ones stating asphyxiations and physical pressure on his chest. That was just propaganda for the wicked left to swallow. Once the truth comes out, ohhh boy!

Comment on the post title: The trial is starting to look rigged as in guaranteed riots.. Not guilty

1
Gregorina 1 point ago +1 / -0

holy crap! this is great.

Justhalftheshaft 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is a blatant lie that this was even a medical examination. The doctor saw the same video every one else did.

1
BBWasHere 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's because the "medical examination" performed by the doctor hired by Fentynal Floyd's family did their "examination" via video - Not an actual examination.

1
freedomcries 1 point ago +1 / -0

Live TV of the trial from a Southern MN new station:

https://www.kaaltv.com/chauvintrial/

1
jamesjk1234 1 point ago +1 / -0

This probably means the independent examiner found more than the state is willing to release

1
charbatch 1 point ago +1 / -0

Very good news!!

1
AppalachianTactical 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah he will win. The family's ME is the one that found that he died from asphyxiation. The prosecutors are excluding that evidence. That means the people who should be trying to bury Chauvin are omitting evidence that would help their case.

Basically prepare for super riots Chauvin will walk unless the jury is terrified. Really its serious enough where jurors should get full identity protection.

1
Truglow 1 point ago +1 / -0

He will be their sacrificial lamb killed on George’s golden coffin.

1
BananaWizard 1 point ago +1 / -0

Those independent ones were the rigged ones. There was no oversight on the hired guy who was also the same guy who said epstien killed himself. It's the same guy.

0
Staatssicherheit 0 points ago +2 / -2

Does anybody have the actual death certificate?

0
DeadOverRed 0 points ago +2 / -2

The Defense should include it.
