I'm not sure one way or the other, but I'm very strongly leaning that she was a CIA/FBI actor, and she's not dead, and the whole thing was staged. Very conveniently caught on video footage, with very suspicious camerawork and angles, as if they knew where to look at all times, and managed to never get the shooter in frame.
Kinda fits the whole theme, since there were numerous false flag attacks going on that day, after the police let everyone through.
