Fast tracking the wrong people is not fair and it will only lead to resentment and destruction of morale (which may be the point for the elites) and over time makes our country weak and vulnerable. People will just stop working hard, quit being innovative and creative because the fruits of our labor are not rewarded fairly. People will just stop working hard and caring.

On the flip side whats the point of working for $7-$10 an hour when your CEO and executives live the life of unicorns shitting out money and even the middle management live very comfortable six figure lives?
With this in mind people will have no initiative and give up on everything and this is part of the reason the higher ups at all these companies are bowing to BLM and antifa. They know the masses aren't going to take this ridiculous wealth gap much longer.
Nobody else's pay is relevant to your job performance. Your pay will scale with the effort you put in. If you're going to sit around complaining about what other people make rather than putting in the time and effort to shape your own future, you're right where you belong at minimum wage.
