If our military is the greatest in the world, and doesn't have the proper amount of diversity, then how, exactly, did it become the greatest in the world in the first place? It was even less diverse years and decades ago.

Diversity = strength

How did a non diverse military become the strongest in the world, without the needed strength of diversity? I don't follow the logic.
