The proper christian conception of loving others doesn’t mean liking and accepting them no natter what they do. It means caring about their well-being, both physically and spiritually. Promiscuity and hedonism are bad for both.

If your child was doing drugs, you’d stop them, right? Because you love them, and drugs are harmful to them. It’s the same principle.
