We aren’t pushing back against people who just want to live their own lives. We are pushing back against people who want to tell us how our lives should be lived.

This, this, this, 1000 times this. One of the main reasons I was pushed out of being a Leftie is I began to realize how authoritarian they are. It’s not good enough for them that people leave them alone. They want to force people to live in a way they see fit.
