The time of being afraid of having cops called on you exercising your rights is over. If a law is unconstitutional it is unauthorized. Legally the police are not authorized to enforce unconstitutional laws and neither are DA's authorized to prosecute citizens for breaking unconstitutional laws. But so long as the citizenry is afraid of breaking unconstitutional laws then those laws will never be determined to be unconstitutional in the justice system. It's absolutely bullshit that bills do not need to be tested against basic constitutionality before being passed into law, but that's the world we live in.

Stand up or lay down. Make your choice. If faced with that picture I would cut the plastic tape and let my daughter enjoy herself. And if need be I'd let her watch me be taken away in cuffs for exercising our right of liberty by swinging. It will be a learning experience for her and instill in her the tyrannical nature of her government so that she can adapt and in the future hopefully overcome.
