We have mandatory training AND mandatory registering AND luscencing for ownership of fire arms ALL hanguns LEGALLY owned are registered AND all ar15 are resyricted AND registered . And our goverment still instituted a assault weapon ban and want to ban guns . Even with all our restrictions and all our laws and all our mandatory gun safe and everything therecare still gun death and gun accidents.
