Well I am no political expert, I suggest you look into and research the filibuster yourself and how the senate works... And googling a subject and reading what lefties are crying about helps as well.. Right now they know the filibuster is not going to be in their side and even Biden came out supporting it as of late, which with pudding for brains who knows what if anything that means, but none the less lefties are losing their mind over it..
When it comes to gun potential gun control its not federal you have to worry about as much as the state level and what the supreme court is willing to over turn.. I know the SCOTUS has been ass ho with the election, but most courts avoid elections like the plague no matter the evidence after bush v gore in 2000.. But I have to image this SCOTUS would still be 2A friendly..
