I honestly don’t care if blue cities burn again because they can’t stop it “cuz racisssss.” If you didn’t move out of a blue city last year, that’s on you.

the rioters broke down the gate and trespassed on the mcloskey's homestead. that's felony burglary. some of them were armed... that's armed burglary, first degree felony, and that's on top of felony rioting. if the mcloskeys opened fire in self defense, it would have been a blood bath, and the evidence would be all over their lawn. there's no way the cops or prosecutor could mischaracterize that. the prosecutors would have no choice but to charge the surviving rioters with felony murder, NOT the mcloskeys with bullshit fake crimes, trying to change the evidence afterwards when they realized their charges couldn't stick.
