i find this 'gun grab' distraction as comedy.

your mind is the weapon.

20 killdozers scattered around the US, could utterly resurface nearly all of the 'problems

you all are thinking too angrily and not concentrating on things like:

how many cities depend on a few bridges

i am not condoning violence. but i understand timothy mcveigh

well FBI, how far do you think this all goes?

theres ~400 million guns out there...

i wonder how many disgruntled construction workers you all are creating.

workers that have the knowledge and ability to use detonators...

my city is flat. doesnt need bridges and is easy to get around...

it would be awful and tragic if places like SF or manhattan lost their bridges...

just awful

supposedly drunk driving claims about ten thousand lives in the US every year.

alchohol is for all intents, still very legal... those tax dollars...

what would happen if people realized that their cars are weapons as well...

yes we should protect the right to bear arms...

BUT, they are also taking away freedom of speech, but nobody is AS alarmed, as the gun topic

jus' sayin'

I lose sleep at night thinking about the people who don't have electricity because damage to substations. It also weighs heavy on me when I think about those people who don't have the ability to communicate because a few communication towers stopped working.

McVeigh wasn't the baddie in that matter, he was more like a Mil version of Jeff Bridges in Arlington Road.

.. And the Clintons/SPLC were Tim Robbins.

You cant break a mans jaw when your bulldozer runs out of gas or gets jammed up in a building.

youve not watched killdozer it seems; that man could have destroyed an entire city in a few hours.

a few years ago. a fuel tanker crashed and exploded on an SF bridge and it shutdown most of the city.

there are other plays to be had than just 'having a gun'

and since everyone here has 'learned to code'

it means there would be all these drone construction equipment out there...

lol, guns.

I addressed the question. When a vehicular weapon fails. You can't just pick it up and continue to fight. Don't over analyze fren. You might miss the initial threat.

while i agree.

my point was that killdozer was more successful than a gun.

honestly, they would have to ban the internet.

everyone knows that chemistry exists.

someone will find something that works.

its how humans have done it since the beginning.

you seem to be talking over yourself.

i would argue further,

what is easier to obtain?

a car

or

a gun

Timothy McVeigh was a sheep dipped patsy. The Corbett Report has some excellent documentaries on McVeigh, Oklahoma City and Terrance Yeakey who was a first responder to the Murrah Building and saw unexploded bombs inside the building. He later “committed suicide” by shooting and stabbing himself to death on the side of the road.

You are not being oppressed by the Government. You are being oppressed by people with names and addresses.

It would be fun to see a bunch of Caterpillars go through that barbed wire fence and plow into the capitol killing everyone inside.

Good Points. The 'gun issue' has always been a distraction - if it works, then great. If not, no biggie. The gun issue is intended to keep your eyes off of what is going on in the background. Stay focused.

Imagine if all those "racist white farmers" (who didn't get stimulus money because of skin color) stopped providing food for the big cities?

Depends on the car and materials to reinforce. A gun? All ya gotta know is who has what and where they keep it. After that it's just a waiting game.

Kekistan_United [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

if i were to say, i lived in chyna... in a metropolitan area with 2million of so people...

im sure 2million people.. i can surely find a gun there...

definitely not a car...

definitely not construction equipment.

or diesel.

or gasoline

or kerosene

or any chemicals whatsoever...

but sure... a gun

ffs

1
E-dantes 1 point ago +1 / -0

Will any car you come across in a post communist era have gasoline? The dozer?. You would be smarter to look for a hand tool than a tool that relies on another tool to operate in a scenario where your life depends on that one tool, and not the support that that one tool might require. An axe and an exercise in patience can be more destructive to society than a car with a blown engine or a flat tire.

1
Kekistan_United [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

the argument was

guns or a car.

so you moved the goal post to 'hand tools'.

ffs.

the premise of the entire conversation:

they can ban guns; there are other things that are weapons, like construction equipment

tell me how long killdozer was on his tirade...

and then come back here and tell me about flat tires and blown engines.

i stand by my original sentiment.

any person with means could flatten a city in half a day...

but sure, hand tools are good too.

lemme know where the next goal post is being moved... i will try to keep up

John wilkes boothe would disagree. I wasn't moving the goal posts. And I am not suggesting or advocating violence in any form. Simply for the sake of arguement. A well placed and patiently timed shot, can stop an entire country in its tracks. When it comes to vehicles, they are, yes, and can be a very destructive tool. However, they rely on other constances that may not exist. Starter fails; no go. Empty or punctured fuel tank; still fucked. Mobility enabling devices: tires, tread, driveshaft, transmission, if any of these fail; fucked, everyone goes about their day. One well timed, and patiently waited for act of such a magnitude, that an entire country has no option but to address the situation, i.e. lack of leadership, and everything, at least on a governmental level, comes to an immediate halt. Look at the middle east. Hundreds of suicide bombers do all kinds of damage. The powers that be organize a clean up, and life goes on. Attacking society because of their leaders, does not deter their leaders. And no bulldozer, again only for the sake of arguement, not in any way shape or form advocating anything whatsoever, is going anywhere near any target that would make any fucking difference in the everyday, let alone continued, function of government, or society as a whole. That is a fact

1
Kekistan_United [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

That is a fact

its actually all entirely YOUR opinion;

a narcissist often passes their thoughts as 'factual'.

thats my current view of this entire discussion.

but i DO concede. you are right and i agree with you, 100%

i was wrong from the get-go. and will attest to that in court.

Narcissist? No. Conceited, yes, almost to a fault. As for my opinion, your word, is there still commerce in that town? Banking? Travel? An operating law enforcement? A population of employed, overpaid, underpaid citizenry? That is a fact. Life has gone on. Will they remember his actions, sure, for a generation, maybe two...... but what will last is the idea that what he did change is only temporary. Another corrupt system of banking management, local business licensing, state sanctioned land grabs will eventually make their way back into that community. Was he right, yeah, probably. Did he do it the right way. I am sure he thought so, save for the shooting himself part. Did that bulldozer make a difference? That remains to be seen. But I doubt that anyone wearing a suit and making money off the backs of that town's workers even gives him a second thought when they are writing up paperwork for multinational corporation that needs some land to operate.

Kekistan_United [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Narcissist? No. Conceited, yes,

this pede does not reflect for one iota about why they are so adamant about 'teaching me a lesson'

cus its what this is, no?

literally, classically, factually; narcissism

come on fren. im ok with it.

but your opinions are not facts.

you went from guns are better to the bulldozer didnt change anything. then to handtools then back to guns. cars are not reliable. then to john wilkes boothe killing lincoln, where nothing of the outcome of the civil war was changed. then onto bombs and explosives then back to and entirely different tangent on the psychological effects etc etc.

narcissism. textbook. goal posts moved: 5

and to which i was willing to comply; I AM COMPLETELY OK WITH...

im ok with everyone's opinions. its part of the debate environment...

but i must emphasize; your OPINIONS are not FACT.

boothe killed lincoln, with a gun.

the US still exists

and that act did not deter the act of kennedy's assasination...

another president killed.

the US continued to exist...

need i go on?

my OPINION is that if guns are confiscated, then move on to something else.

MY.

ENTIRE.

POINT.

but please. write another paragraph to dance around every thing.

Kekistan_United [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

i will just let everyone else read your triple goal post moves there.

1
E-dantes 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly what goal post did I move. You asked what are guns in comparison to a bulldozer. You cannot hide a bulldozer in your pocket and change the course of history. You can with a handheld tool whether it goes bang or not. That is not a goalpost moved. Oh, and that town? I guarantee you that town still functions just as it has since its founding, even after that one guy, whether he was right or wrong has no bearing on the arguement, got his bulldozer hung up in the middle of a building after demolishing half the town. That guys bulldozer is now state property and life goes on.
