one tiny bit of info coming out does not somehow mean it failed. for one thing, a much bigger bit of info already got out earlier, in fact a whole year ago, that is- the fact that he sent covid patients into nursing homes in the first place.
so why wasn't THAT the 'fail'? how does a much smaller bit of info, that they didn't release the true numbers of deaths, coming out now, make it a fail?
wouldn't a true 'fail' be when someone actually gets held accountable for something?

it failed because someone in cuomo's admin talked to other people in the NYS legislature about things that couldn't be reconciled.
