i think it's ironic that you use the word 'simple' to describe the big complicated conspiracy possibility, when the women coming forward on their own is literally 1,000 times more simple.
You're overthinking this. Cuomo served a purpose in the narrative. The nursing home deaths undermine him and the narrative they were pushing around him. They'll give traction to the accusers to distract from the deaths and hopefully get Cuomo to shut up and go away.
They would not, and unless something drastic happens, will not give traction to Biden's accuser because he was the nominee and now president.
