You can boil it down a lot simpler than that. Fire the "non-diverse" people with larger salaries. Bring in "diverse" people at lower salaries. Appear woke. Maintain status as (now richer) corporate fat cat with woke little moronslaves doing your bidding that are too fucking stupid to know it.
