Maybe, but I don't see how when so many died as a result. People are saying 15,000. That's just the nursing home debacle. He denied medicine to all but 1,100 New Yorkers, then millions panicked and fled all over the Country, spreading it everywhere.

It'll be thrown out because if they can throw out an entire election why would they allow admittance that their policies mass murdered people.

Certainly not. And we should continue keeping it in the discourse to make it harder for them to sweep it under the rug. But I don't have high hopes for justice.
