Tragically, a car ended up plowing through the crowd and ultimately killed and injured two protestors. Their names you ask...? SUMMER Taylor and Diaz LOVE.
Exactly right. I guess that is what makes the story even more ironic. The reason these women were protesting was for black rights. Lo and behold, it was a black man that killed/injured them by disregarding traffic law and put him behind bars. It perfectly sums up the BLM movement.
The driver was not disregarding traffic laws. The protestors illegally roadblocked a federal interstate highway in a metro downtown with their own vehicles parked crosswise across the lanes. The driver was foreign and probably thought that was normal and went around.
