Left Oregon in 2000, best decision of our lives (wife and I), we had no idea how insane the taxes were there. If you only made good money in that state, and go to California (we did till 2004) it was a tax DECREASE, which I am told now Cali is more. Oregon is just so badly managed, so sad, great people all over and I for one think the Dems have been cheating there since Mail In Elections started, take a gander when it started.
Moved TO Portland area around 2010. It’s sad to see how much it’s changed in just the past 10 years. Awful school system might be a turning point for us.
