Every single female pilot I know waited until she got done with her service commitment to have kids, or decided not to do it at all.
There are good reasons for this. It’s almost impossible to marry a civilian man as a female officer. Female pilots almost exclusively marry male pilots, mostly because that’s the peer group they have contact with in their early twenties.
Even if they’re in the same airframe - which isn’t often - they can’t be in the same squadron. Most bases only have one type of airframe too. Married pilot couples often spend significant time apart. I know girls who hadn’t been stationed with their husbands for anywhere from 2 to 8 years. Eight fucking years. You can’t have kids like that.
So if you want babies, you hold on until your ten year commitment is up and start popping them out as fast as you can in your mid thirties.

Bosnia we did patrols, Bosnia is full of land mines, long shifts, you have to pee. The guys had bottles, I had a choice, hold it or pee in the middle of the road between vehicles in broad daylight. I wasn’t the only female to wind up with a UTI. Biologically women are more susceptible to infection because of hygiene. Not only that, every once in awhile someone wound up pregnant, my guess is it’s happened in Iraq or Afghanistan. Don’t need that kind of shenanigans in combat.

I think women are better off in positions where emotional support is useful. Like a medic. But also like intel, crypto, mechanic, anything but combat. They can be useful, just not in a position where physical strength and invulnerability is needed

I work at a major US corp, it's in the top 30 of the S&P 500. A recent company announcement included how they plan to go hard at increasing diversity and that they were proud to announce the last 20 director positions were filled by women (and a few by minorities).
Doesn't mean much since below the CEO, there's a crap ton of Indians in upper management, we have multiple indian offices (Hyderabad, Chennai, etc), and I'd guestimate about 75-85% Indians in my office (of around 2500 people).

The problem isn't just the physical attributes, but also sanitation. Women can't go months without baths like men can. Not only that, but sexual harassment prevention would have the men and women segregated from living with one another on the battlefield. There was an article that showed the morale hits on men as they're forced to cater to the (significantly smaller) female portion of their unit while digging their trenches and setting up their (spacious by comparison) living spaces.

I think men would do stupid things to protect their brothers in arms as well, because that is what a man does is protect. Men and Women are different, women are nurturers by nature, men protectors. I am a veteran, female and I’ve never been a proponent of women in combat. When we did FTX they had to take us back every so many days per rules to clean up (not sure if it’s the same now). Bosnia we did patrols, Bosnia is full of land mines, long shifts, you have to pee. The guys had bottles, I had a choice, hold it or pee in the middle of the road between vehicles in broad daylight. I wasn’t the only female to wind up with a UTI. Biologically women are more susceptible to infection because of hygiene. Not only that, every once in awhile someone wound up pregnant, my guess is it’s happened in Iraq or Afghanistan. Don’t need that kind of shenanigans in combat.
