PS I just started reading a book called Inner Engineering, by Sadhguru, that has introduced some similar concepts to me. Its bizarre, yet intriguing timing to be discussing this!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Honestly, some concepts have always seemed so overwhelming... always been unsure where to start with philosophy. I’ll start with Plato... after play-doh of course.
