They can't require it, it's against federal law. They would be committing a felony. Federal law requires that any medication issued under an EUA (not FDA approved) must include a choice, they cannot be mandated or required.

Not necessarily. If you can prove they fired you out of discrimination. Say you get fired because you have cancer, they can’t do that.
