Not to be the anti-joke police, but sadly people who are in arrears in child support are usually behind a lot more than $1400. The fact that the government needs to intervene in someone to take care of their kids is a symptom of a failed society, among the myriad of symptoms currently plaguing this country.
Child Support is one of the most evil things in society. The government does not "need to intervene" to make someone take care of their kids. The government purposefully wedges itself between the father and his family. I know many many many fathers who their wife divorced them, took the kids, and forced him into child support payments by the state. The fathers had no choice whatsoever. The fathers went from being responsible for their kids 24/7 to being nothing more than a monthly paycheck and a visitor 4 days a month if they are lucky.
Do not let them continue to spread this false narrative that "child support" is a good thing because it forces "dead beat dads" to pay their fair share. That is a complete lie based on propaganda. "Child support" is a 30 billion dollar a year racket where the state financially incentivises removing the father from the home. "Child support" is evil.
So much truth. I’m a dad with full custody. Haven’t heard from mom in years. I don’t have entire government agencies chasing her down for support. I bet she’s on the dole even.
