Got a letter today from the IRS announcing a stimulus check on the way to the wife and I, for $1200 total. Huh? Our 2019 taxes show a household income of only $45k. Why not $1200 each? What happened to the promised $1400? (Haven't filed 2020 yet, that will be about the same).
