That's a bit extreme. My father served in Vietnam, my grandfather in Korea, and they both implored me to not join the military. Not enough of an American for you?
dude i know what i said is hard and ive never served but if somebody said you gotta spend one year pealing potatoes or guarding a fucking tree to get a vote i know i would do it and i think you would to. something free is not treated with value a vote is worth more

I hear ya, and if joining meant I would only be called upon if absolutely needed to defend the nation, then I probably would have.
