Yes, there are those who already manage their money well that do great with windfalls. People who don't already have those skills don't change overnight. Even those who think they will just hire someone to handle it will have it all stolen from them, as has happened with many singers and athletes.
Unfortunately, I think that is just another Dem money laundering scheme and all those funds will get to them somehow.
