I am not sure I can answer your question. One of the big problems is the counts are being performed by 50 states with 50 different sets of rules. So, when you say “unique” there are 50 uniques. We really have 50 elections at the same time. This was/is a recipe for disaster. Now throw in millions of manual ballots. These States clearly didn’t have a strong enough process to handle a “normal” mail in process. The real question is was this deliberate or just sheer incompetence?

The one thing most people did not talk about are the two ways to vote. Manual or in person. I have heard about “forensic” Audits of the electronic systems. Have these been performed? If not, why not? If so where are the results. A forensic IT Audit most certainly can be performed. Yet, I haven’t seen or heard of an independent third party review? Are they afraid of the results? We’ve seen people make statements but I haven’t seen an actual independent review.

Now as for manual ballots, no one ever answers the question what are the controls around getting the count from the “counters” to the tally. Robust controls must be in place to confirm that this batch of votes was x and y. At the end of the day, those counts get “recorded” somewhere. If you look at that picture, do you have confidence that the totals are being accurately counted and recorded?

NONE.
