So it sounds like it’s believed that Dan Scavino has the inside scoop of what’s going on and he’s dropping hints, right? So my question is, why would Dan Scavino be able to have the inside scoop? Is he currently holding any military or intel position or has he been seen with the President Trump lately? What’s his recent credentials?

Anyone still "trusting the plan" at this point are just in la la land. People are getting injured or dying from vaccines, There's a higher number of suicides than pre covid, People have lost their businesses and jobs some of them for life, Yet somehow some dude in the military or whoever is going to come backs and reverse all of this when they did nothing to stop it in the first place. It would be great if something happened I just dont buy it.
Q is just an excuse to sit back and do nothing and watch the country burn so they can pin the blame on someone other than themselves.
I’m not 100% sure he’s on the inside, but based on what I’ve seen he’s aware of and supports Q.

“Nothing can stop what is coming” is a Q phrase, Dan posts that meme which I believe anons made first, and then Trump retweets it.
Q said in one post “less than 10 can confirm me” (knows who Q is and has the picture) and only 3 were non military. Things could have changed since then and has become more mainstream in who knows about it.
Scavino has also posted other things that relate to Q and Trump’s plans. So to be honest, I’m not sure. I can only interpret what I see and guess as much as what’s going on in the background. But if he was chosen to help drop hints, it’s because he’s a patriot that Trump believes in.
