They are wrong. It's not the state's responsibility to raise boys into men. It's family and community that should do that.

Then state intervening won't make it better unless it's 'intervention' is to remove it's negative influences such as "woke" garbage and anti-male policies.

The way Chinese do things, they will be brainwashed into a CCP sense of what constitutes as "man". A dutiful servant of the state, not his family or his God.

I doubt the program will include the things Americans hold dear for their sons.
