Chinese names have been part of San Francisco since they built the railroads in the 1800s. They may not be Anglo-Saxon names, but they’re just as American as you or me.
So I have to believe they are fully integrated but they or their descendants never thought in hundreds of years to make the gesture and integrate their names to show they are from around here... that is just inconsiderate, but I on the other hand have to assume they think like an anglo-saxon or I am inconsiderate, to put it mildly. Reciprocity=zero.
