They have not won anything. And we don’t need 2/3rds of the popular vote, nor 2/3rds of the House or Senate. It’s 2/3rds of the states that are needed to call a constitutional convention. That is very doable, and the elites live in fear of it. It is made even more possible if California is split into 3 states, and easier still if Texas is split up.
