It seems a lot of the job postings are bullshit as well to claim they are reaching out when everyone knows they are just bringing in CWs.

I had a company reach out to me when I was out of work about a job I was more than qualified for. Note: they sought me out. I had the college degrees, additional certificates, software and hardware planning-development-deployment experience, applicable military experience that showed I deployed similar equipment when in the military, stacked resume with references and all the boxes checked. My interview was conducted by two Indian men. Nailed the interview - after I was done I confirmed the answers by looking the material up online. The next day,

Sorry but we are not hiring at this time.

At my current company, the rule of thumb is that if your interview is conducted by an Indian and you aren’t at least in their caste - you ain’t getting hired. Then again it seems the only non-Indians brought on for dev and engineering roles nowadays are all former Interns. See a white guy who didn’t get in back in the 90s or early 2000s? 95% of the time that’s a contractor.

Too many pedes let China hate and tech hate blind them to the huge problem we have with racist Indians taking all the key jobs over and are forcing all the Americans into contract shit so some Indian contact firm gets to give them peanuts and siphon the value of what should have been their benefits package overseas instead. I've seen what they pay the Indians and Chinese, it's not a cheap thing anymore, they all make way more than I do.
