The Chinese military are renowned for being poorly trained however, they have bulk but no substance. They are completely un-battlehardend.
We do have our own military, same as you. Just some are rotated into NATO missions, some into UN forces etc etc etc. And it is important so that Russia is contained, which ultimately is a good thing for the US. IMO.

We support these nations military wise. They pay next to nothing on defense. We pay for everyones defense.
When we trade, not only do they tax us and we dont tax back(pre Trump). But we have a $450Bil. trade deficit.
In other words. We trade 30mil worth of food for 10mil worth of steel and they never pay us the difference. It just.. goes to the deficit.
