Yup, I was fully prepared to get banned. But I'm going to make sure they know they are violating my Charter rights and that they don't get protection from an illegal contract like their TOS. I can't say how it works in the USA, but in Canada, the Charter doesn't say that only government can violate your rights. Also, there's no such thing as "Section 230" protections for platforms (this is a game, not a platform). So forcing me to accept a contract that violates my Charter rights doesn't seem legal to me.
